Greg is a native of Wytheville, VA where he started his funeral career in 1988 at the age of 18. He graduated from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta. He later was a Manager in Williamsburg, VA in which he eventually had the opportunity to purchase the oldest funeral home in America. After 10 years, he moved to Rock Hill, SC and became Managing Partner of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. He has over 30 years of funeral/cremation background and is married to Yesi, has two children Luke and Lexi, and two "bonus" children Elyse and Emily.

Francesca Ferrell Stone is a graduate of Nation Ford High School and York Technical College with a degree in Early Childhood Development. She is currently a student at Piedmont Technical College studying Funeral Service. She is married to Lucas Stone and loves her two cats. After graduation, Francesca plans to continue her career as a funeral director/embalmer with Palmetto Funeral Group. Her passion for helping families through their most difficult time is unsurpassed.

Neicha Nicole Torres, bilingual of Puerto Rican descent is a graduate of Penn Foster High School. Currently attends Fayetteville Technical Community College working on her Associates Degree in Funeral Service Education. Her hobbies include outings with her daughter, cooking for her family, and watching documentaries with her pets.

Jeff McWatters felt a call to ministry during his senior year at Chester High School and pursued that calling by graduating from North Greenville College (AA-1985), Gardner-Webb University (BA - 1987), and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master -1990). He has served on the staff of several churches in North and South Carolina including locally Pleasant Valley Baptist Church (Associate Pastor and Youth Minister) and the founding pastor of Fort Mill Community Church.
In 2006 Jeff joined the staff at Whitesell Funeral Home becoming a licensed funeral director. He enjoys using his spiritual gifts to minister to families through his role as a funeral director. Jeff was named manager of Whitesell Funeral Home in September 2016.
Jeff is married to Karen McWatters (1989) and they have three children, Stephanie, Justin and his wife, Elena, and Taylor. Their family is actively involved in Forest Hill Church Fort Mill Campus where Jeff serves on the security team for the children’s ministry and enjoys leading bible study in their small group.

Kathy Cook is the Office Manager at Whitesell Funeral Home. Kathy started out at our Palmetto Funeral Home location in August of 2017 and moved to Whitesell in May of 2018. Kathy brings 19 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager for Belk Credit Card Services. Kathy is truly a people person and enjoys providing the highest level of service possible to our families.
Kathy was born in New Castle, PA and moved to Rock Hill in 1981. Kathy is married and had one daughter who passed away in 2009. Kathy feels that working with our families is a gift she has been given. It helps her to find peace in every opportunity that she is given to reach out to our families with true understanding and help them in any way in their time of loss.

My wife Amy and I adopted our daughter Farrah in 2020. I graduated from Gupton Jones in 2010 and Ottawa University in 2013. In my spare time I like going to Carowinds with my family and watching Ohio State Football and the Cleveland Browns on TV.

Originally from Lancaster SC, she attended Lancaster High School and later York Technical College in Rock Hill SC, were she studied accounting. Peggy has lived in the Rock Hill for over 5 years. She has been in the funeral industry for over 22 years, starting at the age of 17. Peggy is married to Stephen and they have one son, Isaac. Her hobbies include furniture restoration, design, and painting anything. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her many friends.

Dialna Nieves was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and moved to Hoboken, NJ at a very young age. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Dialna is married to Luis Nieves and has two children, Angelica being the oldest and Felix the youngest. She has lived in Clover, SC for the last 7 years.
Funeral Director & Prearrangement Counselor
Originally from NYC Metro area ( Long Island ), Frank moved to Charlotte, NC in 2009. He is currently residing in Indian Land, SC. Frank studied funeral service at Fayetteville Technical College while serving his apprenticeship with McEwen Funeral Home in Charlotte, NC.
The past three years Frank has served as our prearrangement counselor. He is focused on educating families on the importance of planning ahead.
Cemetery Supervisor/Funeral Assistant/ Transportation Specialist
Born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey. Julio is now a resident of Rock Hill. He oversees Rock Hill Memorial Gardens, assists on funerals, and helps on Transports.
