William Richard (Ricky) Ballard - March 23,1953 - May 25, 2023

Mr. William R. Ballard, 70, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023. Ricky was born in York County on March 23, 1953.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Crawford Ballard and Lois Brazzell Ballard, also his brothers Donnie, Kenny, and Tommy Ballard of Rock Hill SC.

Ricky is survived by his wife of 51 years Mary Ann M. Ballard, son William Dale Ballard (Kim of NY), daughter Kimberly Ann B Sweatt (Keith), his grandchildren Richard Daniel Ballard, Cayden Isaiah English of Rock Hill, Autumn Rose Tucker of Tennessee, Kyle (Kayla) of Rock Hill SC, Robert, Joseph,  and Daniel of New York. His three (3) great-grandchildren Bentley Winn, Aria, and Kyla Parker of Rock Hill, SC. 

Ricky attended Rock Hill Schools and was self employed for many years. He loved fishing, hunting, and was a family man.

Visitation for Mr. Ballard will be Tuesday June 6, 2023 1-2pm with a service at 2pm Pastor Jerry DeVinny, with a burial to follow at Grandview Memorial.
