Patricia Hodgins Martin

Patricia (Pat) H. Martin, age 75, of Rock Hill, S.C., passed away June 7, 2022, peacefully and surrounded by her family after a short battle with cancer.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Hallie Hodgins and her beloved four-legged daughter, Molly. She is survived by her sister, Maureen (Danny); brother, Michael; niece, Courtney; nephew, Jason; great nephew, Tucker; great niece, Savannah; step-son, Charles (Tonya); and step-grandson, Peyton. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
Pat was a graduate of the class of 1964 at York High School, York, S.C. and attended Winthrop College in Rock Hill, S.C. She retired in 2008 from her professional career in Human Resources after many years of service at Solutia in Greenwood, S.C. and, in 2013, relocated to Rock Hill to be closer to her family. A caring sister and devoted aunt, she enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, painting, watching Hallmark movies and listening to all types of music. She was a woman of upstanding character and faith. Thoughtful, warm and generous, our darlin’ Pat will always be in our hearts and forever missed.
