Belanda Dale Burns Ramsey

Rock Hill, SC - Belanda (Belinda) Dale Burns Ramsey, 48, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on November 16, 2022.

Visitation will be on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Whitesell Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Grandview Memorial Park.

Born November 17, 1973, in Rock Hill, SC, she is survived by, her spouse, Bryant Ray Ramsey; a son, Jonathan Ramsey (Mikayla Herbert); a daughter, Emily Ramsey; a grandson, Elias Ramsey; brothers, Randy Shackelford and Michael Shackleford (Leah) and a sister, Crystal Burns.

The extended family includes many nieces and nephews: Maleah Rogers, Summer Mullinax, Brandy Mullinax, Tanner Mullinax, Selena Mullinax, Michael Smarr, Joshua (Brooke) Sinclair, Richard Shackelford, Matthew Shackleford, Tanner Turner, Tate Shackleford, and Tessa Shackleford.

Belanda was preceded in death by her parents, the late William Thomas Burns and Sherry Beaver Burns; a brother, James (Ricky) Shackelford and a nephew, Drew Blackwood.

Belanda attended Rock Hill High School. She was employed with Frito-Lay. She spent her free time with her children and grandchild, who were her world. She provided constant love, care, and entertainment to them. She will be dearly missed by everyone.
