Rock Hill – Mr. William “Billy” Wylie Simpson, Jr., 56, died Sunday, July 1, 2018, at his home.
The family will receive friends 9:00 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Whitesell Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Harmony Baptist Church.
A native of Rock Hill, SC, Billy was a son of the late William “Billy” Simpson, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann “Libby” Whitesell Simpson. He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School in 1980 and he graduated from York Technical College in 1982.
Surviving are his uncle, Robert F. Whitesell of Rock Hill; and numerous cousins.
Whitesell Funeral Home is serving the family.
