He is survived by his 4 children, Amy Freeman, Jonathan Freeman, Michael Freeman, Brandy Warren; 2 sisters, Jackie McKimm, Melissa Freeman; 3 brothers, Doug Freeman, Robert Bailey, Mickey Bailey. Memorial donations may be made to the Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Charlotte, NC
