Rock Hill, SC - Mr. Walter Jack Harwell, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at White Oak Manor of Rock Hill, SC.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Monday, January 20, 2025, at Greater Life Baptist Church, 17025 Lancaster Hwy, Charlotte, NC 28277 with Rev. Tim Blue officiating.
A native of Gaston County, Mr. Harwell was a son of the late Lester B. Harwell and Fannie Hovis Harwell.
Mr. Harvell is survived by two nephews, N. Jack Broome and Lester Broome and two nieces, Peggy Parker and Jane Maliar. He was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.
Whitesell Funeral Home is serving the family.
