With peaceful hearts, we announce the arrival of Susan Helms Plyler on November 28, 2025 into her heavenly eternal home where she is sure to have the homecoming of grand Hallelujah's!
Susan (Maw Maw Sue), was a beloved southern soul who was born and raised in the south. She had a deep love for her family which included 3 daughters, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and countless others.
She was the kind of woman who made anyone feel welcome, whose door and kitchen were always open. Her laughter filled every room, her comforting words brought peace, and her presence made life feel a little softer and a lot brighter.
Above all, her strength, resilience and love were the glue of the family. She poured her heart and soul into raising her children, loving her grands and great grands with a firm hand and unconditional love.
Her legacy will live on in the lives she shaped, and the memories cherished by all who were blessed to know and love her.
Though our hearts ache, we take great comfort in knowing she is now at peace, wrapped in God's loving arms and standing beautiful and strong beside her forever love Paw Paw Bill!
