Shirley Murphy Haile

ROCK HILL - Shirley Murphy Haile, 75, of 503 Keels Ave., died Sunday, December 28, 2014, at CMC Pineville.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 5 PM Tuesday at her home.

A native of York, SC, Mrs. Haile was a daughter of the late Windom Murphy and Jerdie Brindle Paul. She was retired from the Celanese Corp. of Rock Hill and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are eight sons, Robert Woods, Cecil McCraven, Murphy Woods, Larry McCraven, Michael McCraven, Rick McCraven, Jim Haile and George Haile; a daughter, Rhonda Haile; three brothers, Roy Murphy, Eddie Paul, and Leon Paul; two sisters, Geraldine Ashworth and Alice Wilson; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Haile; a daughter, Joyce McCraven and four brothers, Kenny McCraven, Charles Murphy, Gene Paul and Henry Paul.
