Sherry Cook Cameron

Rock Hill - Mrs. Sherry Arvenia Cook Cameron, 67, died Monday, September 29, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2014, at Whitesell Funeral Home with the Rev. Daggett Duncan officiating.

Mrs. Cameron was a daughter of the late Charles Monroe Cook and Mary Antonia Cook. She will be remembered as a lady who loved and cared for her family. She also enjoyed shopping. She was the widow of Gary Stevens Cameron

Surviving are a son, Thomas Wayne Melton; two daughters, Peggy Lewis and Sissy Melton; two brothers, Charles Alan Cook and Melvin Monroe Cook; a sister, Emily Loretta Strickland; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Rondo Cook.
