Sherald Flynn Blaker

Fort Mill – Mrs. Sherald Flynn Baker, 65, died Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at her home.

The family will have a Celebration of Life and receiving of friends 2:00 pm Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 3275 Torrence Branch Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708.

A native of Naples, Italy Mrs. Baker was a daughter of the late James Flynn and Emma Scoles Flynn.  She will be remembered as a kind and caring person who loved her family because they were her life.  She was always willing to put the needs of others ahead of herself.  She was a strong person who fought hard in this life never complaining about how things turned out.

Surviving are three daughters, Misty Burleson, Shelly McRae, and Laura Baker; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Lee Baker; two brothers, Mark Flynn and Steve Flynn; a sister, Kim Ray.
