Shari Kay Jones (Dennis), 64, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on March 31.

Born in Malvern, Ohio, Shari was the beloved daughter of Shirley and Steven both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Diane.

Shari was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She shared 44 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Steven.

She is survived by her husband, Steve, and her five children: Chris (Leann), Ryan (Shelly), Jennifer (Kenny), Brandon (Allison), and Derek (Willow). She was a cherished grandmother to eight grandchildren: Justin, Christopher, Sydney, Ethan, Spencer, Lily, Brady, and Sophie.

She is also survived by her siblings: her brother, Steve (Toni), and her sisters, Tami (David) and Lori, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

Shari spent her career in retail, where her dedication and warm personality left a lasting impression on those she worked with and served. Outside of work, she found her greatest happiness in time spent with her family—especially her grandchildren. Whether it was days at the pool, travel or cheering on Lily at dance competitions, Shari was always present, supportive, and full of love.

She also had a passion for travel, particularly cruises, and loved exploring new places and experiencing the beauty of different islands.

Shari will be remembered for her caring heart, her love of family, and the countless memories she created with those closest to her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
