Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Ruth Mae Utterback Mitchell, 93, died Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Atrium Health – Pineville, NC.

Services will be private.

A native of Bargersville, Indiana, Mrs. Mitchell was a daughter of the late Ernest Utterback and Rosa Lena Haymaker Utterback.

Surviving is her grandson, Brian Hill.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Haymond Mitchell; a son, Michael Stevens Mitchell; and a daughter, Donna Jean Hill.
