Roy Vernon Brady

Mr. Roy Vernon Brady, 76, died Sunday, March 12, 2017, and is with his beloved wife, Diane Brady.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at Grandview Memorial Park.

A native of Charleston, WV, Mr. Brady was a son of the late Richard Brady and Naomi Cunningham Brady. He was an Army veteran and a member of the 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagles. While in the Army he was a member of the boxing team (Golden Gloves). He was a good father and provided for his family. He loved to hunt and fish. By trade he was a welder.

Surviving are four sons, Scott Lee Brady, John Joseph Brady, Roy Vincent Brady, Jr., and James Christopher Brady; a brother, Richard Brady; a sister, Linda Byrd; 8 grandchildren, Heather Brady, Hollie Brady, Kayla Brady, Haylee Brady, Chelsea Brady, Caitlin Brady, Kimberly Bowers, and Brandon Christopher Bowers; 2 great-grandchildren, Brysen and Beau.
