Rock Hill - Mr. Robert Smith Welch, 94, died Sunday, December 26, 2010, at Piedmont Medical Center.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Whitesell Funeral Home with The Rev. Dr. Charles S. Foss and Rev. Mike Lowery.
Surviving are his wife, Alta Fern Neal Welch; and two sons, Stephen and Ray Welch.
