Rebecca Williams Neal

It is with deep sadness that the family of Rebecca Williams Neal, 64, of York, SC, announces her passing on December 11, 2025, at her home. Rebecca was born on June 6, 1961, to the late Mary (Lisenby) Williams and James A. Williams of Raliegh, NC.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents and late brothers, Dennis and Darrell Williams. She is survived by her husband, Wando N. Neal; siblings, Shelia Yelton, Barbara Bryant and Candis Pittman.

Children are Brian A. Williams (Erika Boden) of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Jesse A. Yelton (Megan Yelton) of Gastonia, NC; stepchildren, Sandra E. Neal of Vaughan, WV and Wando N. Neal, Jr. (Maria Neal) of Clover, SC.

Grandchildren are James M. Burdette (20), Wando N. Neal, III (19), Sebastian A. Yelton (19), Landon A. Neal (17), Jaron M. Burdette (17), Elijah L. Yelton (15) and Trystan G. Burdette (13).

A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
