Raymond Reed Swan
July 6, 1939 — March 7, 2017
Rock Hill - Rev. Dr. Raymond Reed Swan, 77, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at Piedmont Medical Center.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, at Riverside Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. John Cabe officiating.
A native of Nogales, Arizona, Mr. Swan was a son of the late Carroll Franklin Swan and Olive Melina Reed Swan.
Surviving are his wife, Sherry Sleeper Swan; two daughters, Heather Leigh Downing (Dave) and Kristen Karol Swan Hutson (Matthew); a brother, Roy Swan (Tarnya); a sister, Carol Miller (Walter); and three grandchildren, Meagan Leigh Downing, Nicole Karol Downing, and Benjamin David Downing.
Whitesell Funeral Home is serving the family.
