Randy A. Railey, 53, a lifelong resident of Rock Hill, died Thursday, February 12, 2015. He was the son of the late Robert and Evelyn Railey and was survived by his brother, Leonard C. Railey. A funeral service will be held Monday, February 16, 2015 at 11:00am in the Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
