Phoebe Anne Looper

Phoebe Ann Applegate Looper, age 89, of Rock Hill died Friday April 17, 2020 at Atrium Health in Pineville, NC.

Mrs. Looper was born in Norton, Virginia to the late William Otto Applegate Sr. and Eva Ellen Hunsucker Applegate. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Lee Looper.

Survivors include three daughters; Edith Manring and her husband Mark of Raleigh NC, Lana Edwards and her husband Al of Orwell Ohio and Peggy Anderson and her husband Steve of Rock Hill, one brother; Henry “Pete” Applegate of Hendersonville Tennessee, thirty two grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and eight great, great grandchildren.

Due to COVID 19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
