Phillip Paul Neal
January 30, 1956 — January 4, 2021
Phillip Paul Neal, 64, of Lancaster, died Monday, January 4, 2021. He was an avid fan of Wrestling and was preceded in death by his parents, Major Lewis and Mildred Neal, Sr, along with a brother, Major L. Neal, Jr.
He is survived by his brother, Freddie Neal, Sr and a nephew, Freddie Neal, Jr., as well as a host of several extended family.
A graveside service will be held Friday, January 8, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the Unity Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00am until 11:40am at the funeral home. Memorial donations maybe made to the charity of one’s choice.
