Rock Hill, SC - Patricia Taylor Parris, 70, died on Monday, August 30, 2021.

The family will receive friends 6 - 8 pm, Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Whitesell Funeral Home and other times at the home.

A native of Rock Hill, SC, Mrs. Parris was a daughter of the late Lam Taylor and Mary Taylor.  Mrs. Parris will be remembered as a loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, and a Great-Grandmother.  She loved to dance, and her favorite dance was shagging.  She worked in her family bakery in Chester, SC, called, Mary’s Cake Box.

Surviving are her two daughters, Stephanie Grobusky and Samantha Sweatt (Randy Mitchell); a stepson, Bud Parris, Jr.; a brother, Lam Taylor, Jr.; two sisters, Colleen Clark and Betty Taylor; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
