Natalee (“Sis”) Wilcox Wilder, 92, of Indian Land, South Carolina, formerly of Penfield, New York, passed away on September 25, 2026, following a brief illness. 

Natalee was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Roger, and her son, Mark. She is survived by her daughter, Marcia Wilder DeHond; her grandchildren, Eric (Alannah) DeHond, Stephanie (Spencer) Cairo, and Noah DeHond; four great-grandchildren, who were so precious to her. She is also survived by her nephew, Mike (Jan) Wilcox; her nieces, Linda Wilcox, Mary (Sam) Padgett, Marcia (Bobby) Sugg, and Julie (Barry) Waller; as well as extended family, and dear friends from the Carolinas, Rochester, Ithaca and Cape Cod.

Born in Ithaca, New York, Natalee developed a love for the water that remained with her throughout her life. She was always at ease on a boat and was still enjoying time on the water as recently as this spring. Acts of service were her love language, and she expressed that love generously throughout her life. She volunteered with youth sports in Penfield, the Arthritis Foundation - Genesee Valley Chapter, the William Smith Alumni Association, and Faith Lutheran Church in Penfield. Natalee also loved tending to her plants and was rarely without a good book by her side.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made in Natalee’s honor to Faith Lutheran Church, 2576 Browncroft Blvd., Rochester, NY 14625, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
