A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, November 18, 2011 at St. Matthew Catholic Church Chapel, 8015 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy., Charlotte, NC 28277
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Community Homecare & Hospice, 119 Stone Village Dr., Fort Mill, SC 29708
