Edgemoor, SC – Mason Howard Williamson, 78, of Edgemoor, SC 29712, passed on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022.

Mason was born October 30, 1943 in Greenville, AL and was the son of Howard Williamson and Katherine Hennegan.  He was predeceased by his father Howard and his mother, Katherine.

Mason is survived by his wife, Helon; his children, Marsha (Kymberly) and Howard (Chrissy); his grandsons Wesley and Jacob; sibling, Grady Williamson (Erma) and nephews Jimmy Williamson (Kelly) and Jeff Williamson.

Mason was a loving husband of 58 years and a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was an Army veteran and he loved to fish.  He was known for being loving, playful and hardworking. He was also a man that worked extremely hard for his family. He would do anything for anybody if they needed something done. He will be missed deeply and missed by many.

Mason worked as a millwright for Worthington Industries for over 20 years.  He retired from Worthington in 1999.

The family will have a private celebration of life.
