Martha Stedman

FORT MILL - Martha Funderburk Stedman, 88, of 199 Sutton Road, died Monday, December 16, 2013, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, at Riverview Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Jason Davenport officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park.

Born in Fort Mill, Mrs. Stedman was the daughter of the late Able and Mattie Simmons Funderburk. She was retired from Springs Industries after 31 years years of employment and was a member of the 25 year club. She was also a member of Riverview Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by three sons, James William Stedman, Barry Glenn Stedman, and Jeffrey Alexander Stedman; one daughter, Peggy Hefner; one sister, Ruby Freeman; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at Whitesell Funeral Home.
