Fort Mill, SC - Kenette Stables White, 79, went home to be with the Lord on September 13, 2026, at her home.

A native of Narrows, Virginia, Kenette S. White was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Donetta Stables. Surviving is her sister, Regina Howie (Mike); her son, Austin "Dell" White, Jr. and her daughter, Wendy Bing; three grandchildren, Samuel, Julianna and Garrison White; sister-in-law, Gracie Stegall.

Kenette worked as a Loan Servicer at Springs Mortgage Company for 27 years.

She worked with her husband for 25 years as he served two congregations in SC.

Kenette loved contemporary Christian music and praising God. She passionately spent her time teaching children's church, overseeing events, and serving as a prayer partner. Her faith in God was unyielding.

Kenette loved to bake and often decorated cakes for birthdays, events and friends. She was adept with a sewing machine and made matching blouses for herself and daughter.

She enjoyed summer retreats to Edisto Beach with special friends and enjoyed vacations with family, especially the grandkids.

She was a dedicated and supportive wife and mother who loved and served God and her family.

A heartfelt thanks to Jessica Alejandro, Hazel Pless, and Agape for their loving care of Kenette.

Memorials may be made in Kenette's name to Agape Care South Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 17 at 3:00pm at Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708.
