Kelly Scott Elder

Rock Hill – Mr. Kelly Scott Elder, 51, died unexpectantly Friday, February 23, 2018.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 4, 2018, at the home of Connie Demby from 12:00 (noon) - 1:00 p.m.

A native of Charlotte, NC Kelly was a son of the late Van Douglas Elder and Edna Hill Elder. He graduated from the North Carolina School for the Deaf, Morganton, NC. He was a loving and gentle giant.

He is survived by his loving sister, Connie Demby.
