Tuesday
Saint Philip Neri Catholic Church (Fort Mill, SC)
1:00 - 2:00 pm (Eastern time)
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Joseph Perrera, on June 30, 2026 at the age of 63 years.
Joseph will be lovingly remembered by his Sister Anna Cipriani, Brother in law, Mario Cipriani, Nephews Joseph Falcone, Jack Mastrorilli, Niece/Godchild, Nicole Mastrorilli, Great Grand Niece, Evangeline Catherine, Jack Anthony and Nicholas Anthony; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Joseph was born on October 31, 1962, in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York, Joseph was a dreamer, creator, entrepreneur, and visionary whose larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He attended St. Benedict Joseph Labre School and graduated from St. John's University with a bachelor's degree. From an early age, he displayed a remarkable talent for design, construction, and creative thinking.
His passion led him to a successful career as a builder, developer, and visionary, where he transformed ideas into reality. He helped shape the landscape of Staten Island by developing residential communities and later restored historic Manhattan brownstones, preserving their beauty, character, and architectural heritage.
Above all, Joseph was a devoted brother, beloved uncle, loyal friend, and a man whose generosity, creativity, determination, and unforgettable spirit touched countless lives. He never followed someone else's path—he created his own. His legacy lives on not only in the homes and businesses he built, but also in the love, memories, and inspiration he leaves behind. He will be deeply loved, forever remembered, and greatly missed.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 292 Munn Road East, Fort Mill, SC 29715.
Your presence and prayers are the greatest gift to our family. However, for those who wish to send flowers, floral arrangements may be delivered to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church after 9:00 a.m. and before noon on July 14, 2026.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to his Physical therapist Tom Quinn who not only was his PT but became a brother/friend over the past 5 months of his life, with his ongoing patience and love for my brother. I was always at ease when Tom took charge, through his long journey home to be with our Lord and family in heaven.
