Johnny Henry Funderburke
October 11, 1941 — October 15, 2020
Rock Hill – Mr. Johnny Henry Funderburke, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at Piedmont Medical Center.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm Monday, October 19, 2020, at First Church of the Nazarene, Rock Hill, SC and a memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm with the Rev. John Sadler officiating.
A native of Lee County, SC Mr. Funderburke was a son of the late Jessie Funderburke and Alberta Knight Funderburke. He was an active member of First Church of the Nazarene. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father.
Surviving are his wife, Mickie Roberts Funderburke; two sons, Dwayne Funderburke (Faith) and Brian Funderburke (Tina); a brother, Wylie Funderburke; a sister, Betty Jean Totherow; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Funderburke; and two daughters, Sandy Funderburke and Becky Beasley.
