ROCK HILL - Jessie Waggoner Bouder, 56, of 731 Level St., died Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.

Born in Carlisle, PA., Jessie was the daughter of the late Mary Jane Waggoner. Jessie's passion was riding motorcycles. She also loved gardening and landscaping. Jessie was a friend to anyone she meet and she touched the hearts of all.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Dallas L. Bouder; two daughters, Bambi Frye and Cassie Bouder; her brother, Daniel Waggoner; and 4 grandchildren.
