James Clayton Johnson, Jr.

York - Mr. James (Jim) C Johnson, Jr. 65, died Saturday, December 30, 2017, at CMC Pineville.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018, at All Saints Catholic Church, Lake Wylie.

A native of Woodruff, SC, Mr. Johnson was a son of the late James C. Johnson, Sr. and Sue Cheek Johnson. He was retired from the City of Gastonia, NC.

Surviving are his wife, Christine Eite Johnson; three sons, Danny Crain and Donny Crain (Denise) of Laurens, SC and John Arthur Johnson (Melissa) of Rock Hill, SC; one daughter, Betsy Eleanor Johnson of York; one brother, George Johnson; two sisters, Robin Wilson and Ann Holmes; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
