James K. Campbell

Rock Hill - James Kenneth Campbell, 82, of 623 Morris Street, died Saturday, January 01, 2011, at his home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, at Whitesell Funeral Home, with Revs. Jesse
Sims and Dan Swan officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Cherry Road.

A native of La France, S.C., Mr. Campbell was a son of the late Floyd Odell and Flarrie Hicks Campbell. He retired from the Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Co. and was a Marine veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by two daughters, Diane Jackson and Debra Sutton; one brother, William Campbell; one sister, Helen Taylor; five grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Judy Turner Campbell; and a sister, Sallie Childers.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home and other times at the home of his grand daughter, 4439 McAllister Rd., Catawba, S.C..
