Mr. James Richard Burns age 84, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at CMC-Steele Creek in Charlotte, NC.
The Family will have a Wake beginning 3-5 Saturday afternoon June 3, 2017 at Palmetto Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at later date in June in Freehold, New Jersey.
