Jack Massey

Rock Hill - Mr. Clifton (Jack) Jackson Massey, Sr., 80, died Friday, November 28, 2014, at his home.

Memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Shield of Faith Church.

A native of York County, Mr. Massey was a son of the late Frank Andrew Massey and Jessie Sylvenie Fields Massey. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard. He also worked for 27 years as a Millwright Superintendent for Daniel's Construction Company.

Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Carol Dabney Massey; a son, Clifton Jackson Massey, Jr and his wife, Lourinda F. Massey of Rock Hill; three daughters, Wanda Rene' Love and her husband, Ronald P. Love of Rock Hill, Carol Ann Williams and her husband, Steven T. Williams, Sr. of Rock Hill; and Andrea LaDonna Boyea and her husband, Thomas G. Boyea of Malone, New York; two brothers, Andrew Frank Massey of Rock Hill and Roy Herbert Massey of Oklahoma; two sisters, Wilma Frances Peebles of Rock Hill and Ethel Louise Crocker of Rock Hill;11 Grandchildren and 24 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Donald Keith Massey.
