Ivey P Cornwell, Jr

Rock Hill - Mr. Ivey P. Cornwell, Jr., 81, died Sunday, October 29, 2017.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Southside Baptist Church, 1229 S. Anderson Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730 with Rev. Ken Walters officiating.

A native of Rock Hill, SC Mr. Cornwell was a son of the late Ivey P. Cornwell, Sr. and Louise Neely Cornwell. He was a long-time member of Southside Baptist Church. His hobbies were astronomy and welding.

Surviving are his son, Jeffrey Cornwell and his wife, Tracy; a daughter, Lynn Wyles and her husband, Tim; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Jean Cornwell; and a son, Ryan Cornwell.

The family will receive friends 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at the home of Jeff Cornwell, 305 Chipwood Lane, Rock Hill, SC.
