Harriett Jean Neal, 71, passed away, Wednesday, January 25, 2017, in Rock Hill, SC.
She was predeceased by her parents Lacey and Jessie Hubbard. She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Neal of Fort Mill, SC; and Sarah Hembra of Fort Mill, SC; and a son Andrew Neal of Mt. Croghan, SC.
Services are private.
