George Wesley Hill

Rock Hill - Mr. George Wesley Hill, 60, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at his home.

A native of Jersey City, New Jersey, Mr. Hill was a son of the late George Washington Hill and Catherine Duke Hill. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed collecting antique toys. He liked to go fishing and his hobby was collecting exotic gold fish and he enjoyed sharing that hobby with his daughter, Nicole. George was known as a pioneer who always forged his own way.

Surviving are his wife, Karen Hart Hill; his daughter, Nicole Timms and her husband, Mike of Richmond, VA; a brother, Robert Hill of Little Falls, N.J.; and 5 grandchildren, Shirl, Michael, Ethan, Sienna, and Gavin.
