ROCK HILL - Frances Louise Elkin, 68, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012 after battling brain cancer. She is survived by one brother, five daughters, 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The visitation and memorial service will be at 6 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2012, at St. John's United Methodist Church, 130 Tom Hall Street, Fort Mill, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's UMC.
