Edith Mary Carpenter 83 of York, SC - loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill. Edith is survived by her son's Bryan (Brenda) of Fort Mill, SC, Bruce of York, SC, Curtis of York, SC, and Greg (Jean) of Monroe, NC, granddaughter Michelle (Chris) Myers, grandson Brandon Arey and great grandchildren Joshua and Danielle Myers and various nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her husband Hollis (December 16, 2016), and her grandson Matt Carpenter (April 24, 2016).
