Earle P. Barton

Rock Hill, SC – Mr. Earle P. Barton,76, is now with his Heavenly Father. He passed away at his home on Saturday, September 6, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Earle loved God, his family, his church, helping others and sharing Christ’s love.

He served in the Army Reserves during his time of going to the University of South Carolina to become a pharmacist. He retried in 2014 from Orangeburg Reginal Hospital.

He is survived by his siblings, Richard Dennis Barton, Carla (David) Sturgis, Tonda (John Terry) Williams, Jinilee (Ricky) Faulkenberry, Terena Whitmore (Eric Gladden); eight nieces, and nephews; 13 grandnieces and grandnephews; and four great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.

The memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at The Shield Family Church, 2499 Fire Tower Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
