Debbie Bosco Romano

Debbie Romano, age 62, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, in Rock Hill, SC.

She leaves behind her husband, John Gary Romano; her three daughters, Christina Romano, Jennifer Romano Glisson, and Suzanne Romano; and her cherished grandson, Noah Glisson.  Debbie was a warrior, having persevered through many health issues. She was a giver: volunteering as a CASA, serving as a Girl Scouts troop leader, and mentoring as a Religious Education teacher were just some of the ways she tried to better the lives of those around her.  But more than anything, she was a Mother with a capital M. Fiercely protective of her loved ones (including her pets!), nothing would stand in her way of being a physical and emotional support for us. And she always came prepared. Need a tissue? She had a clean one ready up her left sleeve…and two more travel packs in her purse.  She built our happy home on her boundless love, self-sacrifice, and exceptional organizational skills.  She will be dearly missed.

A private ceremony will be held for the immediate family.
