Cecil Edward Goddard

Cecil Goddard, 84, passed away on March 2, 2026, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. Cecil was born in Chester, SC, to the late George Goddard and the late Roxie Goddard. 

Cecil had 1 sister, the late Mable “Totsie” Goddard, and 2 children, the late Christopher Goddard and Keven Goddard, 3 step children, Anthony Fowler, Derrick Fowler, and Kelli Walker, 1 grandchild, Richie Goddard, and 2 step grandchildren, Carson Warner and Destiny Warner. 
Cecil was preceded in death by his life partner of 35 years, the late Gale Fowler, of whom he adored and spent all his time with tending to her every need. 

Cecil never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. Today, he is reunited with his family and sharing hugs and smiles with them all.
