Carole Ann Weiland

Carole Ann Weiland, age 63, died peacefully at home on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 while surrounded by her family after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease. Carole was born in San Francisco, CA on Nov. 13, 1949 to Louis and Dorothy Bach, now deceased. Carole and her family lived in Lake Wylie and Fort Mill for 18 years. She was the most loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. Carole loved antiques, collectible Teddy Bears, caring for animals, doing crafts, camping and going on family picnics. She will be deeply missed. Carole is survived by her husband, Bob Weiland; daughter, Lori Anderson and her husband, Mike; son, Daniel Weiland and his wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Abby, Ethan and Owen Anderson; brothers, Richard Bach, Steve Bach and Fred Bach and their familes, all of California. A memorial service will be held 7:30 pm, Friday, January 11, 2013 at Palmetto Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 30 min. before and after the service.
