Brenda Tinker Mccammon

CATAWBA - Mrs. Brenda Tinker McCammon, 50, of 4029 Roddey Road, died Sunday, February 19, 2012, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the chapel of Whitesell Funeral Home with Dr. Tom Patterson officiating.

A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. McCammon was a daughter of the late J.V. Tinker and Mollie Shelton Tinker. She was retired from Springs Industries where she was a weaver. She loved the beach, fishing and the outdoors. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She always loved helping others. She also had a love of music and a special love for her dog, Bobo.

Brenda is survived by four sons, Wade Wilson, James Wilson, Jamie Childers, and Chris Childers; one brother, Richard Tinker; two sisters, Diane Wilson and Ella Tinker; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harrison McCammon and one brother, Jerry D. Tinker.
