Billy Ferrell Parks

Billy Ferrell Parks age 70, born in Grundy, Virginia to Irving Vires and Elzena Sloane, died Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House of Rock Hill, SC. In addition to his parents, Mr. Parks was preceded in death by his step-father Sam Parks , a son; David Parks and a half brother; Carl Parks. He is survived by his daughter; Laura Parks and three grandchildren; Josh, Tara and Stefan Payne. Mr. Parks was a member of Fort Mill Moose Lodge # 1240. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at his home, 336 Wellridge Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708.
