Barry Gene Freeman, 59, a lifelong resident of Fort Mill, died Thursday, October 7, 2021. He was Co-Owner of Freemans Auto-body Shop and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his mother, Marie Freeman; 3 children, Casey Gene Freeman (Tawney Renee), Tara Elizabeth Freeman, Taylor Ashton Freeman; two grandchildren, EmmaGrace Lee Freeman, Olivia Rayne Freeman; a sister, Rhonda Lynn Freeman; a brother, Rex Allen Freeman (Angie); nephew, Bobby “Bo” Freeman (Chelsea); grand nephews, Holden and Hunter.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2:00pm in the Palmetto Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joshua Fite officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until service time Sunday.
