Mrs. Barbara Kalb, while surrounded by her family, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, she was 92. Mrs. Kalb was born in Germany on January 27, 1920 and came to the United States 25 years ago to be with her daughter. Mrs. Kalb is survived by her daughter, Margot K. York of Fort Mill, SC; grandson, Steve York of Huntersville, NC and two great grandchildren, Zachary & Katarina. A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Palmetto Funeral Home with Father John P. Guiliani, C.O., officiant. Family will receive friends following the service.
