Arthur Bond

Arthur James Bond Sr, 81, of Rock Hill, SC, went to dwell in the house of the Lord on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. He was born June 28, 1944 in Port Huron, Michigan. Arthur married his wife, Jacqueline Carson Bond, in 1996, and made sure everyone he met knew how much he loved her. He was survived by his wife, Jacqueline Bond, his stepchildren, Rhonda Carson and Ryan Carson, his Grandson, William ‘Christian’ Carson, and his Goddaughter, Tina Price.

Arthur was a shipping and warehouse Supervisor at Stroh Brewery in Detroit, Michigan, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Arthur later became an over-the-road truck driver for Werner Enterprises and Thomas Trucking, prior to retiring as a Contractor.

He had a love for big trucks and hunting with his best friend, Bill DiNardi, in the upper peninsula of Michigan, where he traveled three time a year in preparation for deer hunting season.

He never tired of talking about his best friend, Bill and his Springer Spaniel, Duke, the dog he had as a young boy.

Art loved his family and his friends with all his heart, and always had an encouraging word to say to push you forward no matter what challenge you faced in life.
