July 28, 1961 — September 23, 2020
Rock Hill – Mrs. Arlene Crosby McLendon, 59, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
The family will receive friends 4:00 - 6:00 pm Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Whitesell Funeral Home.
A native of Charleston, SC Mrs. McLendon was a daughter of the late Arland Crosby and Dona Mayo Crosby. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints, Chester Branch. She was also a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Walter McLendon; three sons, Kurk Mead (Elizabeth), Ronnie McLendon (Autumn), and Robert McLendon; two brothers, Alfred Crosby and David Crosby; four sisters, Miriam Crosby Notaril, Delsa Puerta, Karen Vijil, and Annette Crosby Gallagher; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Monday, September 28, 2020 at Bedon Baptist Church Cemetery, 2410 Cottageville Highway, Walterboro, SC 29488
Whitesell Funeral Home is serving the family.
