Almer Ross Basinger

Rock Hill - Mrs. Almer Ross Basinger, 88, of 728 Gerald Nichols Road, died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Basinger was born in Concord, NC and was a daughter of the late Kimsey Ross and Julia Sanderland Ross. She is survived by her son, Elvis Gene Basinger, two daughters, Amanda Kemp and Ricki Nichols; three brothers, Clyde Ross, Norman Ross, and Donald Ross; three sisters, Sylvia Ross, Barbara Grimes and Tilda Gainey; 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Whitley.
